Tree display guidelines
Type of Christmas Tree
You must provide your own artificial tree and tree stand. A skirt is optional
Decor Theme
We encouarage you select a theme for decor to make your tree more recognizable. For example, a lego tree or "tree of angels."
Decorations
We ask that your decorations be secured to the tree. No edible food items or living material may be added to the decor.
Lights
Your tree may include Christmas lights. A single connection electrical cord from your tree will be necessary.
Branding and Marketing
Your tree may include branding or marketing from your company or organization. For each tree donated, Merry Magic will have a sign created, proudly displaying your company name and tree theme. It will also include the listing of all gifts that come with winning your tree!
Gifts & Accessories
Any gifts or accessories may be included under or next to your tree to compliment your theme. i.e. a canoe or Muskoka chairs It is understood that they will be part of the raffle and included with the tree. It is recommended that you do not include actual gift certificates on your decorated tree. Simply make a copy to post on your tree. Provide all gift certificates in one envelope to the organizing committee and they will make sure the winner recieves them.
Tree Delivery & Setup Guidelines
Delivery & Set Up of Your Tree for Event
Your team may deliver and set up your tree at Everest Convention Centre, 250 National Rd. Chatham, ON
Nov 11 & 12, 2024. Committee members will be on hand to direct you to your designated spot on location.
Storage boxes for trees and decorations may be left on location after set up. Please ensure that your boxes are clearly marked with your name and/or organization.
The draw date is November 24, 2024 at 10:00am (live). Winners will be informed by phone and asked to pick up their trees that day between 11:00am and 3:00pm.
